Thank you to everyone who turned out to this year’s RibFest in London.
We walked away with the grand trophy for best ribs (judges’ choice), and the team had a great time once again
appearing in our home town.
Metro News London wrote a great piece about our victory (I have included a link), and it is so true that
the event gets bigger each year. We have been competing there since 2005 and have enjoyed a lot of success.
As I said in the article, the secret to success is our sauce. It’s all about balance:
“There’s nothing too overwhelming in our flavour. It’s not too hot, but there’s a bit of spice. It’s not too sweet,
but there’s a bit of sweet. It’s not too tangy, but there’s a bit of tangy. So it’s balance.”
